I've never tried anything like this before and it's The mole has a volume of about a quart. Due to the prevalence of gluten in so many mole dishes, I haven't been able to eat a lot of mole dishes. I made cheese enchiladas as my first step after preparing this. This is wonderful. It is not possible to recommend this mole more highly than I already have.

Why do I seem to be Would you please tell me what types of moles there are? The package did not contain any chocolate, as I expected

There is rumor that peanuts are an ingredient, and if that is the case, they should state that since some people are severely allergic to peanuts, even deadly. My tastebuds were totally disappointed with the taste of the I decided to add a significant amount of ground unsweetened chocolate at the end. Thank you so much for the helpful information. After that, I wanted to add some toasted sesame oil to the dish. I like it even better. Maybe I added something else, so I am not sure if I still have Mole or if I have a new invention. But at least it is decent and tastes good, In my opinion, this will not be a purchase I'll be making again, but it could possibly be good by some standards I'm not aware of.

There were three bags on it! Even though I was as careful as I could be when opening the package, I still managed to get These are stained, look at them! Those who deal with Red Mole know what it's like! Afterwards, my children had to drink just about every glass of milk we had for dinner! The Mexicans love spicy food, but they tend to like it a lot! Today is not the day! Today is not the day! while I have a Tums break to regret what I chose for this meal, I will be ordering it again (and taking another Tums).

This product was originally discovered in a tiny convenience store in Hilton Head, of all places, and I found this product as well as their Mole Negro to be authentic and delicious. Finally, I found it on Amazon and found the book to be for sale. The food of Mexico has always been a big part of my upbringing and I have made dozens of regional moles over the years. Finding one that I approve of and recommend is very satisfying.

A great time was had by all. Although she was totally opposed to my purchase, my wife who is from Mexico loved it as well. The chicken was not the best I have ever tried, but there was a lot of it in 1/3 of the pan. As per the directions, I had a great result.

We tried all three moles Juquilita makes and loved them all. We had no difficulty finding them in our location. The more we tried, the more we found that each one was our new favorite. Because of that, we are hooked and will continue to buy them.

The gluten free mole paste this brand makes is very good

I was looking for gluten free mole paste so I decided to try this one out. br>This is a really good book! You can taste home in it. There are nuts in it, but we don't find that to be a problem. Following the instructions, I was able to complete the project successfully. Once that was done, I added dark chocolate chips and a bit of gluten free bread crumbs, and it tastes just like Mole Poblano.

Oaxaca was one of the places I visited in 1995. This really brings back a lot of great If thinned with water, it's also delicious on any Mexican dish. It should be cooked with tomatoes, but is also great on any Mexican This was an accident, as I normally order the black mole with chocolate. I'm so glad I tried this, as it introduced me to a whole new taste sensation. The LJ.
