The ingredients they list on the packaging are All of these are made in Belize. Besides the habanero pepper, vinegar, fresh carrots, salt, onions, lime juice, and garlic, other ingredients go along with it. It's no secret that I like hot sauces, and Marie Sharp's is superior. Everything I've ever liked has been knocked off the top of the food chain by this sauce.
A scoville rating is something I've never heard of. Although this sauce has a nice kick and a great flavor, it is not for the faint-hearted. Several years ago, we began using it. We plan to keep using it for several more years.

Having purchased it for years, I continue to do so. I use this with my eggs every morning as it has a great taste and an amazing hot bite. It can also add some spice to any dish you're making from scratch This sauce is great on burritos and tacos you find at some restaurants, and it's a lot better than the packaged little spies they have. =D
It works well on chicken as well. This sauce can be served on chicken, casseroles, and more. I really like the stuff you posted. If you enjoy spicy foods, this is a good choice for you.

For a while, I could only get it at my local Winn Dixie (and nowhere else) until they stopped carrying it, and then I began ordering I was lucky enough to have my daughter visit a few She has totally become a fan of the sauce, so I went to Amazon to order more for us both. There are many other flavors by Senora Sharp, so I thought I would try a few of those, as well as how about the non-alcoholic version There is a Green Habenero for sale! To my daughter, I gave some of the green Hot Sauce and also a bottle of the red Hot Sauce (new to us). You have to try this red sauce! It is mouthwatering! As soon as I see it in the refrigerator, my salivary glands start working! According to her, she is dousing it on everything! It is not painful to touch the green or red. I love this! It's just perfect. It seems to me some people see the Habenero chile as overpowering. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful this was! The scent of this beverage is sweet fruity, and the flavor is lovely citrus. My home state of Texas is famous for its jalapenos, but I also have a couple of habenero plants in my garden.

While I like sauces with a little more heat, I will try hotter versions of this sauce, but this one is so good it is hard to imagine It took me four days to finish a 10oz bottle.
