In both cases. It is labeled as oyster sauce and says it is made from oyster extract. I tasted three brands of oyster sauce, and the golden label tastes the best. You can't tell how much real oysters are in the sauce just by looking at the label, and even then it may not be that clear.
Since it contains oysters and tastes the best, I like the Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce the best. Ordinarily, it is not possible to find any oysters inside canned drinks that say "oyster flavor."
It has an expiration date of 2023 on the two bottles I got. The stuff I buy is great.
