Initially, I purchased this line of curry paste after the owner of a small Indian grocery recommended it to me. Both the panang curry and red curry are on my shopping list. It was an excellent performance on both counts. Those shops are far away, and I haven't been able to find it in local shops, so I bought it online. I like that the cans are small, so I can make two double recipes out of each one, so no food goes to waste in the I like it not only for its taste, but also because it has a rich texture I am always amazed by the reaction of my guests who eat it. The food looks really tasty and I look like I'm a good.
