In the instructions on the can of green curry, it states that half a can of coconut milk should be combined with a whole can of curry. I got nervous when I smelled the curry because of how spicy it smelled, so I ended up using half the can of curry and all of the can of coconut milk. A great time was had by all. We enjoyed it even though it was a bit spicy without being You can't go wrong with this dish! If you are a fan of green curry dishes, I highly recommend you try this. Depending on how much you use, you can adjust the amount by quite a bit (I used 1/4 of the amount suggested in the can) and still have delicious results. I highly recommend this product!.
I have tried many curry pastes and this is one of my favorites, as it covers every flavor. The only thing I add to this curry paste to make it spicy is a little Sambal Oelek to kick it up. This is not the fault of the curry paste itself. * I also highly recommend using a good coconut milk like Chaokoh instead of the weak stuff everyone else uses.
