Questions & Answers

Is there a sell-by date on red and green curry paste. And can you keep it at room temperature once opened or does it need to be refrigerated?

In regards to whether it needs to be refrigerated, Keeping mine in the freezer is a great idea! My method is to cut off a corner of the inner bag that contains the curry paste, so that the paste can be squeezed out directly from the freezer as needed. Squeezing takes place when the ice is Afterward, I put a new outer cup on it and put it back in the freezer.

Comparing this brand and its Thai red curry paste with Thai Kitchen brand, how do they compare?

Whenever possible, I use the Thai Kitchen paste and try to make my dishes as good as the Red Curry Chicken I enjoy however only experienced the sweetness of coconut milk as it was the closest I could get to the taste of this dish. Its smell was so different even from the smell of the Mae Ploy I've only used it once. No store bought product will ever be the same for me! You've got to try this stuff! The downside is that it's quite spicy, so if you're not a fan of spice, you should reduce your serving.

Which curry do you prefer, the red curry or the yellow curry? Could you please tell me what I should ?

Neither has the same flavor as the other. It is because of the flavor of the Yellow curry that I prefer it over the Red It depends on the type of food you like.

Can you tell what level of heat is being referred to?

I imagine that even by Asian standards (I'm from Malaysia and thus very used to eating incredibly spicy Indian food), this would be considered incredibly hot. It was very sour and had a lot of tamarind in it.

Oh, my! What a delicious treat! I am just in awe of this! Buy a LOT of it and stock up
5/5

Your decision will not be regrettable! (Almost as good as the paste I make from scratch!) I have never tried a red curry paste that is this good before! Since I started buying from this seller, I have bought more than 10 pounds of the product, which I use In my case, I make Peanut Satay sauce, which I use on basically everything I eat, including salads, soups, and even fried eggs The recipe is easy to make with this paste I use 2 full ladles of the paste per can of coconut milk I simmer in that for 60 minutes. Mix until the paste is well combined with the coconut milk, then I add some Ghost Pepper chili sauce (because I like things to be spicy), and then I mix in a ladle (You can always add more peanut butter until it meets your taste and consistency preferences. ). Since I live on a "poor person's diet" and have to eat cheap foods, this stuff even makes Ramen noodles and instant ramen. It is truly a pleasure to eat frozen vegetables! As a salad dressing or dip for everything from veggies to chicken, I also use it (my Peanut Satay). It is the best food product I have ever tasted & I will never buy anything else I found that to be an absolute.

Coconut curry is a great dish to make
5/5

Cook some vegetables like onions and bell peppers in a skillet. Two tablespoons of red curry paste are added to the skillet and it is cooked another minute or two. Tofu, shrimp, or chicken will be good additions, as well as a can of coconut milk. After your protein is thoroughly cooked, place a lid on the pot and let it simmer on medium for about 20 minutes. The recipe is very easy to follow and tastes so good. Topped with fresh cilantro, green onion, and lime juice, I like to add some flavor.

These are the same things used by the BEST Thai restaurants in your area
5/5

It's true, this is the kind of curry used by Thai restaurants. The reason I know this is that I am friends with the owner of a four-star Yelp reviewed Thai restaurant in SF, and she has just pointed me There aren't enough words to express how awesome this stuff is. All you have to do is follow the instructions.

Here are the steps I take I am

. *Sear my chicken or pork quickly (just browning, not cooking all the way through) and then remove from pan and set aside. I like to cook my onions down a little bit and then allow the liquid to pull up some of the frond (tasty ones attached to the bottom of our pan - The fire was not burned off)
Turn the heat down and add the curry, cooking it until aromatic (i. e. When the aroma and heat are right, your house will smell like GOODNESS and your cat's eyes will begin to water). This takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the It should be treated like garlic, to develop its flavors without burning it. Please note
Scrape up bits on the bottom of the pan as you slowly add the coconut milk. With chicken stock you can first deglaze the pan to make a thinner sauce. It is a pity I use double coconut milk because I am a coconut nut (yes, it is fatty, but it is so good)
- Be careful not to heat TOO high, as you could cause coconut milk to overflow* *Raise heat to medium, you won't see it boil, but it should bubble up a little. Throw in any other vegetables you desire (zucchini, peppers, kabocha squash, carrots, potatoes, whatever you like), mix briefly, and cook until you have about 5 cups. You have 10 minutes left* - Put the protein on top to finish. When you are cooking shrimp, it is best to add it at this point, rather than starting with browning first. Once heated through, remove from heat. Please note
Throw in three to four fresh leaves of the kaffir lime tree if you have access. That will give the dish a wonderful flavor boost. The reason I bought a tree was so I will always have some fresh ones on hand.
- It is a great meal over rice or noodles or eat it straight up for a carb-free.

This spicy curry recipe makes a delicious curry in no time! Thai food does not appeal to me very much I dislike it a lot Despite its simplicity, I frequently forget about my own version that I make from scratch and I love, but it takes so long to prepare
5/5

Thai curry is by far one of my favorite dishes, which is a real shame. This paste is wonderful! I just tried it out. My cupboard did not contain The flavors are amazing! This dish was also very spicy, so it cleared my sinuses out quite I might need to add some more yogurt or coconut milk to thin mine out a bit. However, I added some frozen mixed vegetables to this as well You'll find some peanuts and some raisins I made lentils that were really good and quick to prepare. In addition to their pastes, I will try some of their other products. Thai Kitchen paste costs a lot less than the teeny tiny but very expensive versions you can buy at the grocery store. I also think it is better than the last one.

You have satisfied your craving
5/5

It was delicious to eat this red curry brand. There are others, but they are true to their word when they say it tastes just like Thai food. This is what is recommended at Thai cooking classes, according to what I've heard. It is important to follow the recipe, and it is ofcourse very effective and delicious because of the additions of lime leaves, fish sauce, brown sugar, lemongrass, and Thai basil. You should also note that after adding coconut milk the curry should not be overlooked. Boiling destroys the essence of simmering. (I am just jotting down the mistakes I made so no one else does them). Anyone who loves a spicy red curry will find this to be the correct recipe for you!.

This dish has a nice depth of flavor and is tasty
5/5

I used this last night to make chicken curry and it is a very good red curry paste. It adds a nice depth of flavor and when combined with coconut milk, ginger, fish sauce, chunky peanut butter and gochujang paste, it made a quick massaman I had a blast watching it with my kids. Since this red curry paste is not very spicy, I added the gochujang paste to bring it up a notch. In addition to this nice large size, I anticipate that I will be able to use it for many dishes in the future.

I think this is a great deal and a great product
4/5

If you're used to Thai Kitchen, this is a major For the same flavor, you need half as much and it will cost you about a quarter of what it is today. There's nothing better than a good pizza. My only reason for giving it four instead of five stars is the amount of salt it contains. You are limited in how much paste you can use before the salt overwhelms your taste buds. While making it such a salty dish seems odd, it is very easy to add more salt later if you find it to be hard to swallow. . . but the rest of the flavors shouldn't be so intense. This isn't as simple as it seems. It would be wonderful if the dish came in a low sodium form.
