My reading of the contract did not reveal an expiration date. Generally, noodles have a very, very long shelf life (15 years), and these noodles have an even longer shelf life This is Ray Soba. The whole package would be gone within weeks after being opened if you didn't eat it all as soon as you opened I haven't had a better chilled noodle since summer began.
The product is made in Korea and contains Korean ingredients.

Buckwheat noodles are listed as product name. This recipe contains standard white flour as one of the main ingredients. Two-thirds of the ingredients in Buckwheat are buckwheat. My health is impacted by this since I am diabetic. I like the texture and flavor of the food. I did not expect that outcome.
There is some buckwheat in it, but not all.
Summer is the best time for cold soba noodles for my family. The other brands tasted better and they could tell that my own was inferior. Amazon had this book, and I was delighted to find it there. There is no better way to entertain your kids.
The smell was burnt or something like that. While it is definitely of lower quality, it is very tasty and comes bundled with a lot of goodies.

If you are looking for good Soba noodles in the area, these would be a good choice. Cooking them in light chicken broth makes them just as delicious as when I cook them with regular broth.
