We made these as an experiment for one of our daughters who has trouble with gluten and loves Chinese cold cabbage salads. It is normal for the recipe to saute the ramen noodles with sesame seeds and almonds in butter for crunch when serving. Ramen you use in a normal situation is That method of eating is not suitable for these. They do not soften in the butter they just become I prefer buckwheat noodles over wheat noodles because they are more flavorful, and if you cook them to the point of firmness before rinsing them in cold water, drying them in the sun for about an hour before frying, they are perfect!.

It is fortunate that these noodles can be used to replace a number of types of regular wheat pasta thanks to their adaptability. The remainder of my order is on its way. I received a damaged product that had been well packed. To cook, I found I got thick, globby noodles from following cooking directions. Using the traditional timing method, I cooked the soba noodles for double normal time and was pleased with the Two quarts of boiling water added to one package of noodles. Pour one cup of water into the pot, then let cook at low boil for 4 minutes. During the last 4 minutes of cooking, bring the water back to a boil. Make sure the fineness is correct. Following the cooking process, rinse the pasta with cold water and drain it. They reheat nicely in miso soup or in a noodle broth as well.

In light of the fact that most commercial ramen products are gluten-free, I purchased this product that supplies my ramen craving These are based on. It was a great experience eating these noodles! In which case I prefer it! It is convenient to cut them into smaller squares for single servings. A nutty flavor is evident in them, but it is not unpleasant and it doesn't overpower the meal. If there was one thing I would change, I would make the packages resealable, since each package contains two Apart from that, I definitely recommend this product and plan to purchase it again.

Because of my wheat allergy, ramen has become a rare lunch item for me, and I eat it several times a week. It made me very happy to discover this. In addition, I was very pleased with the taste. (It's common for the wheat free to entail going gluten free as well. It is not always easy to find delicious gluten free products. There were fewer bundles inside each pack than the instant ramen packages sold in most US grocery stores (about 1/2), but I found that to be normal for the ones I purchased from the international food market. The bowl I made from the two was quite large. By adding or subtracting more or less, serving sizes can be adjusted easily. This is just the noodles there are no seasoning packets included as in In reality, I make my own soup base at home when I eat noodles. Ramen is very easy to make and worth it if you want to enjoy it.
