King Soba Gluten-Free, Organic Brown Rice, Pumpkin & Ginger Pasta Noodles 3-PACK

For years, I've been searching for a non-profit organization that I could trust The combination of semolina flour, whole grain pasta, and my friends has finally caught my attention. Additionally, there is no gluten in it I have a GI that's happier than a Powerball lottery winner on Sunday morning, so I'm free to boot. We didn't find this pasta mushy or grainy in any way, nor do we find any off-flavored ingredients As far as tastes or textures go, it's as good as the real traditional semolina flour pasta. And, it is twice as fast as regular pasta to cook. It's important not to overcook the pasta, just as you do with regular pasta, and I suggest you cool it down in the colander with some cold water to stop it from cooking too much. A single 8 ounce pack easily serves three people, and given the great price you can get on Amazon for a 3-pack, this is a great.

They are not flavored at all, except for a faint hint of ginger before they are cooked.
