This is fantastic! I hadn't had ramen in a long time! There's no weird aftertaste like there is with so many gluten-free products. pastas are provided for free. It's not gummy or rubbery in the least. I just tossed them in the broth, and that was it. QUICK RAMENbr> 1 tablespoon sesame oil 3 teaspoons grated ginger 4 teaspoons minced garlic 8 cups water 2 thinly sliced mushrooms 2 servings dried ramen noodles 12 cup chopped green onions 1 cup shredded carrotsbr>In a large skillet over medium low heat, heat the sesame oil. Garlic and ginger should be added at this point. Stir fry for about 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft. Fill the pot halfway with broth. Bring to a low boil, then reduce to a low heat. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, or until they have softened. Add the instant noodles and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, or until they have softened. Remove from heat after stirring in the carrots and onions. Enjoy.
Do you have to stay away from gluten if you want to enjoy ramen? My husband is in a similar situation and finds these to be an excellent substitute. They cook quickly, similar to ramen, and one "block" of dried noodles is equivalent to one serving (a bag contains four blocks). br>There's no flavor packet, but you can make your own using bullion powder, GF soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic powder, and white or black pepper.
We have a stash of these in the pantry, as well as chicken stock (made in the Instant Pot from bones and vegetable scraps) and a tin of sesame oil in the freezer. You can always have homemade ramen when you want it by adding fresh greens, eggs, ginger, and garlic. YUM!.

We were relieved to discover this item as a gluten-free meal option. The flavor, on the other hand, isn't perfect. My daughter will eat this on occasion, but we will most likely not order it again and instead look for a product with a better taste.
