I DO NOT recommend that you purchase this product. I got a little concerned when I saw "Made in China". The taste is similar to tapioca or some other non-fructose starch Thegluten flower is dyed brown with something that gives it the I don't like the noodles because they are chewy and have no flavor. there is buckwheat in this, it's just enough to give it a yellow tint. The noodles here are not made from buckwheat. I have eaten 100% buckwheat noodles for years.
