Could you please tell me what ingredients you used?

Greetings, br>the following are the ingredients: buckwheat flour, sweet potato, and water (organic).

What's the best way to keep them from becoming too sticky?

To separate them, I stir them several times while they're boiling. When they're done, I strain the contents of the pot into a colander to remove the hot water, then spray them with cold water for a few seconds. It removes the sticky substance from their surfaces. For any gluten-free recipe, I follow the same procedure. It works for me because it is free pasta. I hope it proves to be of assistance to you.

is the buckwheat 100% whole grain really whole grain really whole grain really whole If that's the case, why isn't it stated? As far as I can tell, it is missing the whole grain seal. ?

The entire buckwheat kernel is used in this recipe. The outer husk or shell is not included because it is extremely tough and is frequently used as a filler in pillows and mattresses. Buckwheat is a naturally gluten-free seed that is related to rhubarb and sorrel. no cost phony a grain with a wide range of health benefits Thank you for your question, and I hope this information is useful.

Very good al- Delicious
5/5

Dense texture, strong enough to toss, delicious flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the texture, given that most gluten-free foods have a grainy texture. Free noodles have a poor texture, break easily, and don't hold up well to being mixed with other ingredients after they've been cooked. I chose the Buckwheat sweet potato noodle because it was recommended in a gluten-free recipe for cold peanut sesame noodles. During the boiling process, I tasted them every 30 seconds to make sure they were al dente. Heads up: It took me about 3 minutes to complete mine. I combined chopped napa cabbage, red pepper slices, scallions, black sesame seeds, rice vinegar, peanut butter, tahini, tamari, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, and a dash of sriracha in a vigorously mixed salad. Unbelievably fantastic. Enjoy!.

Noodles that are fantastic
5/5

Excellent noodle dishes. However, here's a tip: after draining, don't leave them sitting for long. They'll clump and stick together to make a huge mess.

Noodles that are free of gluten and allergens
5/5

If you're gluten-free, these are an excellent choice. free, and avoiding soy, corn, rice, and other grains/legumes commonly used to make gluten-free products pastas are provided for free. These hold together better than traditional soba noodles, owing to the small amount of sweet potato starch added, and are very tasty and "noodley" if you've been missing pasta/noodles. They aren't going to be a one-trick pony. I don't think they'll be a good substitute for spaghetti or egg noodles, but I think they'll work well in Asian dishes, noodle salads, and even under a sauce. For our first experiment, we served them in homemade chicken soup, and they were a big hit. I'm looking forward to trying out some new recipes with them.

It's good, but the labels aren't very clear
3/5

a bad culinary experience I wish there was some kind of notice that they'd tied the noodles into four or five logs individually! It was a difficult lesson to learn; I'm not sure if all soba noodles are packaged this way, but I had my water boiling and simply cut the package and dumped them in like all other noodles, unaware that they were all individually tied into four rolls. Just a heads up to anyone who might be interested- If you don't know about or remember this step, they will completely fuse together in the water. I had to throw out the majority of them because they turned into huge goopy noodle logs because I didn't remove the tape that held the rolls together in the package. I was furious, but the ones I saved tasted great, and the texture is delicious and holds together well, making it a great option for health-conscious gluten-free cooks. (I like that if they're cooked and refrigerated, they reheat well with liquid. ).

these in an Asian-inspired setting I made a noodle salad in the style of a Japanese noodle salad, and it was delicious
5/5

My only gripe is that they remained glued to each other. In an Asian-themed project, I used these. I made a noodle salad in the style of a Japanese noodle salad, and it was delicious. My only complaint is that they stuck together a lot while I was cooking, so next time I'll add a little more oil to the water and stir them more frequently. It appears that the flavor has been a source of dissatisfaction for others. They were tasty, but I served them with a flavorful dish - Yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum y.

These noodles are fantastic
5/5

These noodles are fantastic. They are free of white flour, unlike some others. They have a great texture and just the right amount of bite, and they're inexpensive. However, the buckwheat that I got was 100% buckwheat that I got was 100% buckwheat that I That's fine with me because neither the description nor the ingredients list mentioned sweet potatoes. However, it must be corrected.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no Soba can't be used to describe this product
3/5

Because these noodles are INCREDIBLY sticky and slimy, you can't use them to make zaru soba or a variety of other traditional dishes. The only time they'll work is in a soup, where there's enough liquid to keep them suspended and separated. They're also unappealing to the taste buds. There's nothing quite like a bowl of soba. resembles wood in appearance. All of this, plus the packaging is inconvenient to store due to the lack of a resealable zipper and insufficient space to fold the top over and tape it shut. You'll have to store the leftover bundle(s) in a new bag unless you cook all three noodle bundles in the pack at the same time.

Gluten-free, delicious, and healthy! It was extremely difficult for me to find wheat-free buckwheat pasta
5/5

I tried another brand, but it crumbled, so I'm glad this one is gluten-free and sweet potato-based. br>Nice, neutral flavor; buckwheat isn't overpowering, and I'd never guess it had sweet potato unless you told me. br>I'm glad I read other reviews where the wrappers were mentioned! Remove each noodle sleeve and unravel the wrapper - DO NOT JUST THROW THE ENTIRE PACKAGE IN THE WATER! br>It didn't seem to make as much as a regular package of spaghetti. There were no leftovers, and we weren't any more (possibly even less) than usual. We have one or two servings left over from a typical package of spaghetti.
