This product contains a high sodium level and the first ingredient is not desirable

The sodium level is out of control. I missed that when ordering - how could I do that? It is very important to hide wheat, not buckwheat, as the first ingredient on the label and in the advertising. The flavor was good and the versatility was great, but I won't buy it.
