I love these. They are so good. We serve them with sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds along with a little pickled ginger as our side dish. They have been served in other ways as well, and no matter how you serve my cha soba noodles, you won't be able to get enough of them.
They are easy to prepare, but have a denser texture than other soba noodles, but the tea flavor comes through quite strongly, which is a great trade-off I'm not working. (I bought it in January for less than $9/pack. While it's not too expensive now, I'm not certain if I'd be willing to pay nearly $12 for it.
Green tea is essentially the flavor of these, and they taste like it, too. As these are not true buckwheat noodles, I will order regular soba next time. Since they are not made from buckwheat, they have a regular taste rather than the hearty flavor of buckwheat. While the flavor still goes well with tsuyu dip, it doesn't overpower it. It's the perfect food when it's hot outside and you don't want to eat anything heavy. Add green onions, sesame seeds, and pickled radish on the side, and you have the perfect summer meal.
It is the second time I have Diabetes patients will love this.
In the Amazon bag there was a lot of broken noodles and a torn-open bag of plastic. I will not be able to try them since they are stale and contaminated. Spending money is a waste of time and.
I recommend it entirely.
A quick and easy meal to prepare. The smell of matcha is more noticeable than the taste.
One of my favorite bowls of.
