Soba is one of the best in Japan! My first impression of this soba was that it had It's not a surprise that Zaru is icy cold It is chewy and delicious, but even when I eat it with a hot pot of soup it is quite chewy due to the mochi (waxey) barley used

Usually, Mochimugi barley is used in much longer noodles, but that does not mean that it is not The food is delicious whether it is eaten cold or hot.
