Can anyone recommend a very similar product to Capellalin that is similar to Montebello? Then it would be completely different now (the one they changed in late December)?

It's distressing to hear that! Any organic from Italy could be a good substitute for Montebello because it is organic. My favorite serves is the cappellini, although I usually buy their linguine or spaghetti. There is a good chance that you will find one near a Whole Foods market.

Montebello is one of our favorite brands of pasta, and this is one of our favorite shapes

The pasta cooks well and tastes great, and this Angel Hair cooks much faster than other pastas. The key to ensuring that it does not turn out all too dry is to take care not to overcook it. To make this pasta you will need to experiment a bit if you are used to 'mushy' pasta. It will stay cooked in refrigerators and reheat without becoming mushy if it is cooked to the correct temperature.

The ingredients used in this product are clearly high-quality I purchased a pound for half of the price but it is hard to find People generally compare capellini to angel hair, but I find it to fare better with sauce.

Despite its flavor and texture, this pasta is one of my favorites. Gluten does not cause allergy symptoms for me, but I avoid foods containing it because it makes me so sleepy an hour after eating it. This pasta does not cause me the same problems that other brands do, so I prefer this brand.
