One of my favorite Indian cuisines is achar mixed pickle, which is available at our local The quality of this product is very close to that of a fresh restaurant meal. The spice is more intense, but it's not quite as salty as usual- A hot day. There is nothing to complain about. There is nothing to complain about in terms of flavor, color, or consistency. There is no Indian grandma recipe I can compare this to, but this stuff is sweet as sugar and delicious as everything else. There's nothing more satisfying than a dollop of lentils or kichdi on top of it The soup is made of rice. Since I had a craving for it, I ate some of it on crackers. A seller cannot control shipping costs, and that's why they charge so much for it. Not sure why pickled mango isn't as popular as soy sauce in the U. S. I love it so much. The version I made was spicy and I liked it, but some might find it too bland. I found the level of spice (mild to medium) to be just right Prices at the grocery store are approximately double the price at this restaurant.
