My goal was to try something different in my dirty martinis, so I bought these. You can use them in martinis as well. Considering how much I enjoy pickled foods, they might make a great addition to a tossed salad as well. It takes a lot of tomatoes to make one tomato The size of what I wanted was roughly equivalent to a grape. As with a raw cherry tomato, these "pop/squirt" in your mouth, so be prepared for a powerful blast of pickle flavor! I crossed my eyes when I saw the first one! I enjoy pickles as I do anything pickled, so that made it even easier. I just wanted you to know that PICKLE SQUIRT was a surprise! As a result, I make sure to poke out a couple of holes in the tomato before I put it into the cocktail, which eliminates the "pop/squirt" effect.
