Questions & Answers

Is there a date on it?

It all depends on when the seller got it. We use it past the expiration date, so it's still good.

Is maltodextrin present in this product? Is it possible to find one that isn't? Insulin is messed up as a result of it. ?

Packets of True Lemon and True Lime are both available. Maltodextrin is not present in the packets. The packets come in boxes containing anywhere from 32 to 500 packets.

How long does this product have a shelf life?

Mine has no 'use by' date, but I've been using it for several months and it still tastes fresh, despite the lumps. "Do not remove or tear stay fresh pack," says the warning on the label. The product settles in the container. Weight rather than volume was used to fill the container. " I'm sure I got rid of it at some point - I guess I didn't pay attention to the label!

Before I place an order, I'd like to know the True Lime 10's exact ingredients. Kit for making a shaker There is a lot of information out there that is contradictory. Thank you very much. ?

Product description that is not accurate: Beware! The product description refers to "packets," which leads one to believe that the bulk version has the same taste, strength, and quality as the packets
3/5

I bought into it because I thought it would be more cost-effective and convenient. The flavor profile of the shaker form, on the other hand, is significantly different and significantly weaker due to the addition of so much critic acid and/or maltodextrin. I used 3 packets per 2 quart bottle vs. a heaping teaspoon in the shaker, and the latter's "bite" is more critic acid than an actual lime profile, plus there is a "sliminess" in the shaker version, which is undoubtedly due to the maltodextrin. br>br>I made the mistake of assuming that because maltodextrin was listed last, it was a minor component. I was also hoping to get maltodextrin-free shakers, based on the reviews. True Lime even states that ingredients may vary, which gives me even more hope that I'll be lucky. Unfortunately, I received the malto version, so I wrote to ask how many grams or what percentage of maltodextrin it contained. Customer service was poor (but that's another story), but they eventually responded that the information was confidential. Really? Be wary! br>br> If you're watching your sugar intake for any reason, this stuff appears to have enough maltodextrin to really mess with your numbers. Mine did, and I'm out $28 now. 95 dollars for the two bottles of garbage that were thrown away.

It was disappointing
3/5

This True Lime has Maltodextrin, which is a disappointment to me. sugar! Unlike the original packets, this one does. This sugared-lime drink lacks the sharp, clean flavor of real lime. version that has been improved It's back to my neighborhood stores, where I can verify that the ingredients in the packets are genuine lime. I gave the product three stars because, despite the company's honesty in putting'maltodextrin' on the label, the sharp lime flavor I enjoy has been altered, and not in a good way.

It is unlike anything else on the market
5/5

This is a unique product. I've tried lime flavoring, but they all contain sweetener; it's like squeezing a real lime into your drink or recipe. I get frustrated when it's not available, so I've started buying the box of individual packets to keep on hand when the larger containers aren't available. Then I go ahead and stock up on the larger containers as well.

THE MOST PERFECT PRODUCT ON THE MARKET
5/5

I've squeezed tens of thousands of limes. over a period of time, lemons I can't stand the reconstituted flavor of store-bought liquid lime or lemon shaped containers. This item has been cold pressed. Pure juice that has crystallized and tastes exactly as if I squeezed it. This is a great way to save time without sacrificing flavor. Single-serving tiny envelopes have their uses, without a doubt. The shakers, on the other hand, provide more volume for a lower price, which is a big plus. The shakers give you more options when it comes to mixing drinks. In the kitchen, there are dishes. I keep mine in the refrigerator at all times. On one side of the lid is a sprinkle shaker. I haven't had any problems with it clumping (I live in a dry climate), but if I did, I would put one or two of the desiccant packets that come in a lot of my health supplements inside to absorb humidity. I've used lime, lemon, and other citrus fruits from them. So far, there haven't been any grapefruit-related products. They are the ones who produce lime. I've seen lemon shakers before, but not a grapefruit shaker. I'm hoping for a release soon. This is an excellent item. It doesn't get any better than this; I'm a lifelong customer. Without sacrificing flavor or taste, and without using anything artificial or unhealthy, you can save time!.

Love it! I use it in place of lime or lemon flavoring in a variety of dishes
5/5

This is the third or fourth time I've bought something like this. To spice things up a little, I sprinkle it on a variety of foods. It was just a few days ago that I used it in a spicy bean salad. I make a veggie dip with mayo and soy sauce (especially for artichokes) or add some to water to make margaritas with a kick. In the kitchen, it sits beside my salt and pepper.

Taste tests, including my own, confirm that it is true lime
5/5

br>I followed the instructions for mixing it. Then I compared it to freshly squeezed lime juice, which had a similar flavor, and then I compared it to bottled reconstituted lime juice. There was no competition; true lime reigned supreme. Then I put it up against pure lime juice from a bottle, and it was no match. This is where the element of surprise was introduced. I overmixed the powder and squeezed a whole lime, so I refrigerated both in sealed containers. I tried both the next day while they were still cold, and the flavor difference was barely discernible! I figured the temperature had something to do with it, so I let them both warm up to room temperature before trying them again. There was very little flavor difference, and both were still far superior to pure bottled lime juice. br>If there is truly a lime shortage, then this is what will get humanity through the current lime crisis!.

However, the recent price increase detracts from a fantastic product
5/5

wow! We really liked this product, which cost $28 for a 10-pack when we first bought it. 6oz 2- pack. It cost $35 the next time. It was a little on the pricey side, but we really enjoyed it. Approximately one dollar. 65/oz. That size is no longer available, and the smaller jars are now $5. Each ounce is worth ten dollars. It's ridiculous.

It's delicious, and it's a fantastic product! Everything from margaritas to mango salsa to coconut lime bars is made with True Citrus products
5/5

Delicious, with a more consistent flavor and tartness than fresh limes and the appearance of everything being made with freshly squeezed limes. I do recommend getting some extra silica packets for the large bottles to keep it from clumping before using it all, especially if you live somewhere humid.
