I was told to cut down on my salt consumption by my doctor due to my high blood pressure. Having done my research on salt, I found out that lite salt contains 50% less sodium than regular salt. I thought it'd be bitter, so I was hesitant to use it. In spite of this, I really like the taste of it. like the lite salt just as much as regular table salt.
Another reason I like the lite salt is that my blood pressure does not spike like it does with regular salt! Lite salt is my favorite!.
It's not going to taste as good as real 100% salt, to me at least, but this is really good, even more so than the reduced-salt variety Salt content of this is 50% less than one I've previously used (33% less).
I immediately dumped out the salt in my shakers and replaced it with Morton 50% Reduced Salt. I really don't notice the difference after one week, and it's healthier! I like it, and after buying it, the price in my region is half that you paid online. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why nonperishable food items are so much more expensive online. Using the salt provides the potassium I need to enhance my plants, and it didn't clump even when the humidity was high, which made it extra convenient.
Fortunately, I can find this on Amazon whenever I need it, since I don't always see it in the grocery store. The mixture pours well, doesn't cake, and is easy to use. There were a few times when I used it to cook and the taste was a little different, but that was fine.
