It's pretty much in everything I put it in, like you. The trick is to use a little at a time. We keep a close eye on our salt intake, too.

Tested (and -- One brand of garlic salt that I can use without experiencing digestion issues is Larry's garlic salt. The best I could find in markets overseas is nothing close to it, so I bought it online then sent it to a friend in Greece who delivered it to me. is so easily incorporated into many of the meals I prepare that I can use this larger quantity in a relatively short period of time. Garlic salt is all there is in the tub with a shaker top, with a bit of chopped parsley. It adds a nice salty garlic kick to pasta sauce, sandwich spreads, or anything else you want to add a little kick to.
Like garlic powder, garlic salt is not the same as garlic powder. It would be best if you knew which one you really needed before you bought.
There are many dishes I have used this flavoring for and I Popcorn, guacamole, mashed potatoes, vegetable steamed with hamburger, and many more are just a few dishes I add to this. There's really no comparison between this new product and the old one. I love how this stuff has sea salt instead of regular.
