What is the organic status of Giannetti Artisans products?

The products sold by Giannetti Artisans are imported. The organic practices in Italy are different from those in the U.S. It is also the other way around. Pesticides or chemicals of any kind are not used in the harvesting of this product. As a matter of fact, our Farro (spelt) has been granted PGI certification because it is harvested according to traditional harvesting techniques. It is grown in the Garfagnana area by just 40 farmers and is the only certified spelt in Italy. It lies close to Lucca (in

The first time I had this, it was at a restaurant in Southern California, so I decided to attempt to make it myself. It's really good and I like it The easiest part! I added some garlic, tomato, and asiago cheese to it. I'd like to substitute this.
