There are a lot of uses for small pieces of meat I've found that the container of palm sugar is so much easier to handle, because the jars that I've suffered through got really hard and were extremely As small pieces, I wasn't sure if the portions of these would work in recipes/dishes that I wanted to use them in, but it turned out to be perfect.
