We prefer to roast our own cashews, and we've found that these are the best raw cashews we've come across. On a roasting pan or cookie sheet, spread cashews out on parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. (325 if you want to use convection) Keep an eye on them while they roast for 8 to 10 minutes. Depending on your oven and personal preference, it may take up to 14 minutes. There's no need for oil or salt, though we do season them with sea salt after they've come out of the oven - They're a tasty, healthy snack that also helps Bali's farmers.
Get these if you're addicted to raw cashews and have exquisite taste buds (even if you're on a shoestring budget). I was getting another brand that was also really good, but when they were out of stock, I took a chance and ordered this brand instead, and I'm glad I did because they are now my go-to brand.
These are the best cashews I've ever had! I've already placed two orders and will continue to do so. Because my entire family is vegan, we consume a lot of cashews, which we eat raw, add to salads, blend into cashew creams to make queso cheese, pasta sauces, and so much more. They're only a few cents per pound more expensive than cashews from our local supermarket, but they're of much higher quality and taste. We're even more excited to keep buying them now that we know they're helping a good cause.

These cashews have me completely smitten, as the name implies. I'm a huge fan of this genre, but I'm also a picky eater. I've finally arrived at my destination, and it will remain in my kitchen for the rest of my life. I adore them.
These cashews have a pleasant flavor and are in excellent condition. Because they were stuffed into an envelope, it would have been better if Amazon had placed them in a box to ship them. There were quite a few broken nuts when the driver tossed them on my front porch, plus I'm sure from being handled and shipping; however, if you're planning on puréeing, it's probably not a big deal. I roasted the whole thing for Christmas gifts and was dissatisfied with the broken pieces. They do, however, taste good, and I'll figure something out.
