It has been strengthened. Additionally, I purchased a brand by Sari Foods from Amazon that was not fortified. I would not have too many supplements at once that way. When I eat my popcorn with Kevala I like it to taste like cheese. Here is what I hope will help.

That's good. Popcorn is my favorite way to eat nutritional yeast. I use it on salads, cereals, and mainly The yeast is so tasty that I moisten my thumb and forefinger and eat the residue left in the popcorn bowl by swiping it with my fingers. The zest is on! The food was tasty.

This product was the first thing I bought when I decided to go vegan last summer. My decision to go with Kevala's nutritional yeast was based on reading the reviews, since I had never had nutritional yeast before. did not disappoint in any way! Popcorn and spaghetti are my favorite foods to enjoy it with. My second container is about to be purchased. I was surprised at how good it was

Since I had never used nutritional yeast before, I was a little surprised as to how it tasted. It would have been nice if there was more cheesiness, I guess? This one is still really good and the taste and quality are great. I will probably order this one again in the future.

There is little flavor in the sauce. A popcorn yeast we used to buy had much more flavor than the one we buy today. There is nothing strong about this. We did not experience any aftertaste problems or any other problems. However, it isn't as good as it used to be.
