Potassium is the best source of potassium

Rather than using this for cooking, I put a 1/2 teaspoon into a smoothie or other concoction every day for extra potassium to ensure I get enough per day. The amount of potassium I consume has been balanced.

In order to make playthings, I bought this in large quantities My grandchildren will eat the dough I make. I like it a lot. The product has yet to be used for baking, but I'm sure it will be just.

It was an open item when it arrived

It was an open item when it arrived. I found the safety seal to be damaged. I found it in a plastic bag with cream of tartar all over and the seal was broken.

We are doing this to present it and make it more valuable. All went well, I had no issues. We did not experience any shipping problems After I taste something else, I will post about it. As far as the size and price are concerned, so far they seem to be great options. Great value for a size of this size.
