There's a nice texture even if it's a bit grainy, but I won't complain. You can smell it like melted butter used to douse In my experience, it is extremely easy to use and cooks eggs evenly and tastes delicious. Since the start of their business, I have been using their products. Regular and garlic, which I use for sauteeing vegetables, are my favorite. Great product, healthier for you and it's made from grassfed cows, which is always a plus. I also like the cardamom and honey on toast. With my Whole 30 diet, I have used it more in place of butter in my recipes. As well as giving them away, I also give them Is there anything else you could ask for than excellent customer service? I have never before used ghee quite like this

The ghee I've tried so far has smelt like plastic and tasted rancid after a very short time, but this one is packaged in a glass jar and does not impart an unpleasant taste to any of the dishes that I use it for.

A dents are present on the lid as well as an open and pop top

I have taken pictures. I just want to let you know that this product was delivered with an already popped top, meaning it might have been opened. As of now, I am not sure I feel safe to use this, and I see I cannot return it. Having illnesses going around has made me miserable, so I am just going to throw it away - a waste.
