A quick note In addition to that, I use this to season my cast iron pots and pans.
I'm willing to pay for them all! In the past I have used expensive cream, but I have recently started using Crisco instead. It sounds a bit strange, but it actually works better than any cream I have ever tried and it's much cheaper.
Crisco Vegetable shortening has been used by my grandmother for longer than she can remember an exact date. I would estimate that she has used it for more than Her favorite use for it is baking and frying.
Although we have used Butter Crisco for a lot of baking, she wants to cook her Pumpkin Pie with a good "plain" crust, and she will only use Crisco for that. If I were to consider pumpkin pie only, she'd have to have my favorite crust. Crisco is also used to make chicken and home fries, which are delicious. She also uses Crisco for cooking with cast iron pans. It would be good if she got a new oven or cookware that needed Crisco is one of the products she uses. As far as shortening is concerned, she believes it is one of the best products on the market. It always gets the results I want.
I haven't tried anything else, but it's dependable. This product is something I would recommend to my friends.
One of the features was a cooking show Getting back to the Chef. . . he owned one of those swish restaurants in the Hamptons It was fried chicken that was made with a ton of weird hard to find spices, infused with a marinade that included more spices you almost certainly do not own, and deep fried It has too many steps and ingredients that are not necessary. In addition to my fried chicken, I am also known for my coleslaw. My Mom cooked it in the same way her Mom did, and so did her mom. In addition, CRISCO ahotetm should be on every computer.
The one that my mother uses and her mother before her was the one that she used. There is no substitute for Crisco when it comes to any vegetable shortening. The pie crust is flakiest without a greasy taste. When it comes to holiday baking, this red, white and blue can is indispensable. My favourite way to make biscuits is with Crisco, and when it comes to French fried foods, I have to use Crisco. Hot beignets accompanied by homemade jam are the perfect way to warm up on a cold morning. Our kids like to do a cookie exchange, and this vegetable shortening is ideal for making Crisco also works well for conditioning the rubber ring on my pressure cooker so it is ready for canning, simply by using a paper towel to rub some on the rubber ring. When the pressure has gone down, it will be easier to remove the lid.
There is no flavor, as It was as expected in terms of value. I used it for frying and it was as reliable as ever.
The door has not been The expiration date has not passed. This item is in perfect condition. I guess it's okay for what it is. Now I do not use this product for my daughter who wants to make her own icing at home. There was a problem with the icing we ordered, it was opened and was haven't purchased this item for a few years, so it may be a bit too expensive for me.
