It was a great product, and I wanted to love it since there was so much to like at such a low price. I am a professional custom decorated cookie baker, and my popularity depends on the flavors I bake. It's a real disappointment that I found this extract so bad. This is nothing like what the small bottles in your regular grocery store smell or taste like. As someone blessed with a lemon tree, I am accustomed to the scent and taste of real lemons. You just want to put it in some ice water with When you smell or taste this, there is no sensation at all. You can't even taste the lemon in it as it is synthetic, harsh, and bitter! Based on previous products from the company, I was surprised at how bad this product is The flavor of this drink does not resemble that of true lemon. The fact that I poured it down the drain must have been bad for me as I am very frugal. To get lemon juice and zest, you need a real lemon. If you cannot get a real lemon, you should use another recipe. All your good intentions are surely ruined by this stuff and all the other expensive ingredients will go to waste.
