Product Description

Using LorAnn's Strawberry baking & flavoring emulsion can really produce the flavor of fresh ripe strawberries. These oil-based frostings, fillings, and desserts are great for cakes and cookies. To add a subtle strawberry flavor to the yogurt, you can either use it in place of strawberries or add it in addition to them. If you add it to any recipe you would use strawberry extract, you will get a stronger strawberry taste.
In baking, 1 teaspoon of baking extract is equal to 1 teaspoon of

Questions & Answers

If you put this in cakes, what will it taste like?

Despite its shortcomings, I find it fascinating. Cookies are what I bake more often than cakes, but I use the baker's emulsion 99% of the time, never regular extract.

Is it possible to use this ?

In fact, yes. Using it for macarons was a good idea. Because it is powerful yet tasty and should be used only a little, please use a small amount. The food coloring will turn your meringue white so make sure you don't want that.

Does it specify how much strawberry extract is to be added, like the recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of strawberry extract, how much Emersion?

This is just a guess, but it would seem to It is a little thicker and stronger than the oil emulsion. The taste is more similar to An emulsion used like an extract I used successfully on a strawberry sour cream cake.

I love baking with these With the help of LorAnn products, the cake turned out amazing! As a birthday gift for my granddaughter, I made her a rainbow cake
5/5

It was easy to make each layer taste different because I used LorAnn's Strawberry, orange, lemon, lime, blueberry, and grape are the fruits that I used. The quality of LorAnn's products is excellent. There were plenty of different flavors in the cake, and it was a big hit. My granddaughter asked if we could have the rainbow cake every year since everyone was so amazed by its taste! We spent quite a bit of time picking out our favorite flavors.

Until now, it has been hard to find a good natural food source because they are rare Would you like to try strawberry flavoring in baked goods? The flavor of this drink did not taste natural to me
3/5

For me, the only way to use it is to add a very tiny amount to enhance what real strawberry I am able to add to a recipe. For example, I made strawberry marshmallow fluff to fill homemade coffee cake. The cookies were delicious. My egg whites and sugar mixture, which I then cooked, tasted pretty bland since the Lorann Oils tasted awful to me. So, I added freeze dried strawberries to my mixture instead, which I ground and added to my egg whites after I cooked them. There was a small amount of this oil to boost the flavor, which was okay but not really In spite of this, when I wanted to make strawberry buttercream frosting I did not use this stuff since it did not taste good and also because I did not want my frosting to turn pink (which this emulsion will do since it is As long as my buttercream was going to be pink, I was going to use real strawberries instead of fake.

It doesn't taste like strawberries at all! It seems to me I need to give this product a review, since I wasted my five dollars on it
3/5

Although it was just 5, at least it was a little less than 50. For years I have been a baker, and when I bake anything with strawberries I use fresh strawberries to give it the best taste. When I first read about this strawberry emulsion, I thought it was fine since I have used the strawberry extract before, but this isn't the case. There was no taste of strawberry or strawberry flavor in this product and, as I saw on the label (which I should have done before ordering), no strawberries were included. I would warn you that if you want a real strawberry flavor, you have to go with.

My beer took on a punch from this
5/5

In the case of baking, I am unable to comment on the effectiveness of this technique, but for beer it worked great. The grade I made was a 5 Then I transferred a 5 pound harvest of strawberries to the secondary after a gallon batch of strawberry ale was As I did not like the smell (was not strong enough for me), I ordered this and added it to my secondary the following day (Prime Then it was bottled and allowed to sit in the secondary for 9 days. Once that was done, BAM! An aroma of fresh flowers and a subtle back note greet you as you open the bottle We are coming to the end of the I used 8. You can get a lot of mileage out of a little! As my family's birthday cake baker, I have a special role to play
4/5

It was a strawberry cake that my brother in law asked for, and it was honestly something I dreaded. My family always makes everything from scratch, so I never baked a strawberry cake before. In addition, I added some strawberry purée reduced to the cake and the frosting so that there were actual strawberries in the cake. The strawberry purée was reduced by more than half on the stove to concentrate the flavor and reduce the liquid as much as possible approximately 2 lbs of strawberries were used on a 3 layer 9" cake and enough was left over to flavor a generous amount of strawberry cream cheese buttercream. To the cake, I added half a teaspoon of strawberry bakery emulsion and to the frosting, 1/8th a teaspoon. The frosting also had a few drops of lemon extract added to it. Adding too much of it will definitely give it an artificial taste that is unpleasant. It is hard to overestimate the power of a little bit. Thanks to its thickness and slow flow, the rain is not too heavy. You should definitely add far less to a recipe than you think you need in order not to ruin it. If you can add fresh ingredients too, that should definitely help as well. You can use this method again in other recipes if you want to use it moderately or next time making.

Purchase was not a good one
3/5

It is not a good idea to cut corners here. It has a terrible taste. I find the fragrance to be below average. The bottle of strawberries here is not the juice of summer. The flavor is more like that of pink strawberry cereal or strawberry-flavored filling in pop tarts, though those have a better taste. If you want a shorter way to reduce syrup, make your own rather than using This is terrible.

I appreciate it very much! In light of the fact that I drink it in my yogurt at least three times a day, I thought I ought to post a really good review
5/5

Even though I have tried others, for me, this is the best one. Any yogurt product that can change the taste of yogurt must be great! Some people do not like it because of the color or any reason at all. Well, it's only beet juice. Anyway, it's okay for me. I lost a lot of my sense of taste to a virus a few years ago, and I can still enjoy the strawberry flavor of this product. It is very helpful to me, so I am very thankful.
