Questions & Answers

How does it work? What does it contain? Is it just the pure oil of lemon?

Based on the manufacturer's statement, I believe that the oil to be 100% pure. The design is appealing to me. Lorannoils should be contacted if you are in doubt.

How does lemon oil compare to lemon emulsion in baking?

It has a great flavor, and I like it the most.

What is the water content of this product? This flavoring is going to be used to flavor white chocolate and it cannot contain water or it will seize. Can I use it?

There is nothing else in it. To find out the manufacturer, I would check their website. Pizzelle and certain cake and cookie recipes are the only ones I use this for. It is the best lemon oil I've ever used, and I don't like to use anything else. You should check with the manufacturer to ensure that it is safe.

What are the effects of diffusers using this essential oil? The smell is strong enough, isn't it?

My recommendation would be to contact LorAnn to get a truly appropriate answer. You can find their contact info by searching Google.

Great oil
5/5

I love it. Comparing it with the usual inside smell and taste, it has an earthy, natural smell and taste There is a local store brand of lemon "extract" that smells more like alcohol than lemons. You can dispense it into your recipe mix without losing a lot of it on the side of the bottle, your fingers, or your counter by following this tip The straw should be used for transferring the mixture from the bottle to the recipe bowl To use, dip the straw in the bottle, close off the other end with a finger, and pour it into The ingredients are not lost and no mess is made.

An oil with great strength
4/5

Initially I purchased this lemon oil because it was food grade and I wanted to add a drop or two to drinking water, but found its oily flavor too offensive to adhere to this daily ritual. As something that I am better able to tolerate, I would rather squeeze lemon juice into the water. I have also found that using this oil with baking soda makes a great toothpaste substitute and when combined with coconut oil as a moisturizer works well.

Faced straight on to the skin by mistake, this product was unpleasant to use (my fault). It left my skin red and itchy. It goes well in a refreshing salad or as a moisturizer for the skin when it is combined with olive, coconut, and almond oils. Since it is a concentrated lemon oil, it is possible to use only a drop or two of it to reduce the amount needed for a lot more. Once I use it for baking lemon squares, I will update your post on its contribution as a consumable.

I really enjoy the taste! There was a baking show I watched that explained how using too many extracts can make your food taste bitter
5/5

I bought lemon oil, so I managed to get a little bit of a tan. In order to use it in a cake, I used my 80-year-old grandmother's recipe I'm sixteen years old My old neighbor told me that it was the best lemon cake he had ever had.

The flavor of lemon is intense
5/5

With this oil, you will taste a taste of pure lemon. The baking soda can be used instead of lemon zest in cookies. It takes only a few drops to be effective. I wouldn't be able to use more than a few drops without the flavor becoming too intense.

The flavor of lemon is intense
5/5

In the process of making a lemon vinaigrette, I decided to purchase this. In New York City, a popular chain uses lemon oil in theirs, and I was determined to replicate that. The taste of this oil was intense and lemon-like- just a few drops were needed. The product will definitely be purchased again, and if needed, I will use it in baked goods.

I like the taste of lemon
5/5

My favorite way to use it is to flavor my ice water with lemon, and anything else I want to taste citrusy. Using a dropper instead of the cap, I replaced it. There is a long shelf life of the bottle!! One bottle of lemon oil is not safe for consumption. I use it for diffusing it and for adding it Young Living essential oils are a favorite of my friends who take their lemon essential oil internally (in a capsule or as a drop The product I was considering was expensive and I feared taking it internally, so I looked at this as being MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE and MADE FOR INGESTING.

The food was delicious
4/5

Great oil! I love it! Besides using it in my edible scrubs, I also use it in my drinking water and it tastes great! There is only one thing I wish it came with (that's why it gets four The product runs down the side of the bottle when I pour it out, followed by running down my fingers and down the side of the bottle. Besides that, this is a great product.
