Since Vanilla prices have skyrocketed, I was forced to find another brand. Baker's extract is very similar. Baked product such as cookies or quick breads don't seem to differ at all to me!.

It so happens that I do not use expensive vanilla in my baking (I mostly make cookies and doughs and do not make cakes or batters). I have used some of the best products over the years, but I cannot tell a difference between this and what I had been using before. It's great for your skin as well, as it's recommended by ATK. The price here was 98 cents when I purchased it. There's no way to avoid it.

This is great for cooking and baking (please note using real vanilla extract when making ice cream is best). These days it is hard to get a product on the market. The packaging was good and the price was reasonable.
