White wine is a great way to flavor a variety of Wine that has a high salt content and has a strong flavor usually works best for cooking. It had been months since I had been able to find this locally, and I was only able to buy it on Amazon recently. I don't care much about the price since it's just a little more expensive. This sounded good to me and I was able to get it!.
