As a resident of China (Beijing, Qingdao, and Hong Kong) for many years and as a traveler throughout China for over 30 years, I am well versed in this country's history. It is a family favorite of ours to eat Our favorite dishes were on the menu as a result of the flu pandemic and the extra time. I love the Soeos Shaoxing Cooking Wine. We loved it for cooking Chinese food and both of us love the taste of it. Often, Chinese food is only prepared with soy sauce, but soy sauce alone does not produce great tasting Make it even tastier by adding the spice of the Shaoxing Cooking Wine! There was a huge difference between the food and the original. Due to the fact that one needs to be careful when ordering foods from China, I was initially concerned about their quality. I am very pleased with the packaging and the condition of the bottles. It is a little pricey, but it is worth the price.
The aging of this brand would make a great frying wine, as I have been using Shaoxing wine for cooking for years. This is the first time I have tried this brand, so I thought it would be great. There is, however, too much salt in it. In addition to being much more affordable, Shaoxing for cooking is also more delicious.
We have found this one to be by far the tastiest, and the packaging for shipping has never leaked or come undone, as other brands have done.
It has a salty taste, i read that this kind of product needs to have a salty taste when sold here in the U. S. It has to be sprinkled with salt.
This was certainly not what I expected to be a cooking wine.

The price of this product is on the expensive side, but it is also very luxurious. This product comes in awesome packaging, and the wine itself is healthier and has a better flavor and aroma than regular beer. In case you are a good cook, you will quickly notice that the two shaoxing wines (regular and premium) are different. It is undoubtedly a product I will recommend to others.
I didn't like the quality of the product.
My favorite way to finish a stir fry is with wine.
