Whenever I have a special occasion, I fry chicken Due to its high concentration of EVOO, the one that I use every day is ineffective. Light vegetable oils like this can be used to cook delicious chicken and keep the kitchen from overheating while maintaining a controlled heat.
The price of these small almost rubbery bottles was unbeatable, and we bought them for our motor home. We never would have anticipated they would fall out of the pantry first, hitting topside first, and breaking the green and hard plastic cap. Ice skating in oil while wearing socks, picking up items, and cleaning up oil while your honey continues to rock and roll down the highway is fun.
Cooking with it is a pleasure. The taste is not impacted by its light weight or heavy texture.
The bottles arrived well packaged and in good condition. They are convenient to use because they do not take up as much space and will remain fresh for a longer period of time. It is not uncommon for the smaller ones to remain on the shelf with the unused portion that may turn stale and is discarded.
There were fewer bottles than expected, but overall the product is as expected - always a go-to.
