There are six 18oz boxes of mix, so yes, you get six of each. It's actually more of a flapjack mix, pancake and waffle mix, and less like a traditional cake In the directions, the number of pancakes or waffles that you want to prepare is specified by how much mix and liquid (water or milk) to use. Approximately ten 4 inch pancakes can be made from each box. In addition to the muffin recipe, the box also contains one for cookie dough.
