I don't think garlic is considered a spice, and it certainly doesn't taste like one. The following are the official ingredients: Mustard Seeds, Distilled Vinegar, Artesian Well Water, Sugar, Salt, and True Spices are all used in this recipe.

Instead of $14, the price is $99. This is a delicious mustard for sandwiches and pretzels, but it's twice the price of what you'd pay in a store. Raye's also makes a variety of other mustards, and buying a 4-pack of them on their website often results in a discount. pak. They're fantastic as presents. I prefer to buy mine in Maine, where the mustards are sold separately in a variety of stores.
