Even though the spicy kick comes a little later, the spiciness is at a moderate level in my opinion. In comparison to some of the YouTube challenges where challengers have eaten the noodles, reactions have been moderate. Compared to some of the spicier wings at Buffalo Wild Wings and similar restaurants, I would say this is on par with the heat. Having tried the sauce for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by its taste. No matter how spicy they are, these have a great flavor and I am glad I have tried them. There's nothing like these noodles to satisfy your hunger. Normally, you stir fry it in oil and then sprinkle a little salt on it once you have followed the instructions. Typically, people simply add the noodles to boiling water after the packets are added (which is what I did at first). As a result of what we all watched I'm from Trinidad, where we love pepper, and the pepper wasn't burning like the YouTubers made it look like. I'm sure if you stir fry it for 30 seconds just like the instructions said, you will notice the big difference and see how great these noodles taste. As soon as I got my 5 packs I ate them all in 2 days because they were so good.
I think this place is way overpriced! A local grocery store can only offer about half the amount you can get from a restaurant. It feels as if I have been.
