In my experience, I have bought Chilorio several times, and there is never a need to refrigerate it. It has never been a problem for me. My favorite way to eat it is to heat it up. When there are leftovers, the ones I put in the fridge are those.

I want to highlight that this stuff is delicious and the price is a little expensive, but it is still the lowest price you can find on Amazon for this type of product.
After interacting with the seller, I had a particular issue in which I did not receive my full order of 2 packages, but the missing items were promptly sent. We do not have any.

It was delicious! The most common Mexican dish Cholorio is dry fillet with an adobo sauce it is usually prepared in the north

The flavor of this ice cream is delicious. It is a great addition to tacos or you can mix it with scrambled eggs to make a tasty.

Tacos with onions and cilantro are a great way to eat these. Almost finished them and gave them as a present to my brother when I visited him. He made tacos and they were scrumptious.
