Our natural cheeses are usually made with milk made from non-dairy cows It is made from animal rennet. There are a number of Sargento® cheese types that might contain animal enzymes, such as Parmesan, Romano, Provolone, Asiago, and Fontina, which are generally considered traditional Italian cheese styles. Cheese varieties such as those listed here are found in our Italian blends, sliced Provolone, grated Parmesan and Romano, as well as possibly any product which lists the cheese mentioned. You may also find animal rennet in blue and Feta cheese products. Aside from Sargento® cheese, none of the others contain trans fats These enzymes are produced by animals.

It's an easy grab-and-go snack that's good to have on hand. I like it as a snack and lunch for my husband and children as well as my low carb diet. The individual packaging also makes them easy to toss in a cooler in the summer or a lunchbox any time of the year-great.
