The Manchego I ordered from Amazon arrived before I had it in Madrid. There was a website called com but it disappeared within a week. I love this stuff. When I was in Spain, they served me a plate full of it with red wine (it pairs well with red wine), so I definitely plan on ordering it again soon.
YES, we vacuum seal the cheese in 1-pound cuts after the whole wheel is cut. Regards, Margaret, Igourmet
Cheddar cheese made from Manchego goat's milk should be aged for at least 60 days to 2 years before being sold. In this one, it doesn't indicate the duration in the description, but when I enlarge the picture, it looks as if it is maybe 3 months.
It may be a good company, but you should not purchase anything from them. I bought cheese from them the last time and was sent a cheaper younger cheese while charged for an older cheese. The last time is the last time

There is nothing like this sheep's Several cheeses from foreign countries have been added to my diet as I have broadened my horizons. A nice and mild flavor and taste as well as a filling creamy and luscious consistency.
This is a bland and tasteless dish. The product in the picture is not the one in the picture, and it is of lower quality.
The food was delicious, and I was glad I had it. The work was completed a few days after it was given to me. This cheese has a slightly harder texture, but is creamy nonetheless. The pears, water crackers, and fig preserves I served with it were fresh sliced. I love it. Cheese of this quality is highly recommended.
There are some cheeses with very powerful flavors on the market, so some getting used to is necessary. It is what I bought, and I ate it right away. If you add smart balance and sliced tomatoes to it, it's wonderful with crackers or bread.
The only cheese I have discovered that does not have a strong aftertaste is this one. I cannot get enough of this sheep cheese! As far as the consistency and the first taste go, it's like sharp cheddar, with a parmesan finish. The cheese I've been looking for can now be found at Aldi and Bj's.
I saw it in a food magazine. There is something very good about this If I were buying this item again, I would buy it from this seller.
I liked it, but it's ridiculously expensive. I ate it all, but I will never order There is something to be said for that. That would be a significant event if they came in again and reordered. is still beautiful to look at, Gifts like this are nice-looking and would make nice presents.
