Manchego DOP 6 Month Wheel (7 LBS Approx)

This was purchased because I am allergic to milk from cows. My usual brand is another brand, but prices for this type of cheese are increasing rapidly, and I thought it might be better to try the least expensive choice. As well as the packaging, the cheese was of a higher quality as well. This is the only company I will purchase from going forward.

This is a worthy Manchego for it's price. I've been through many of them. Overpriced items are some of the worst offenders. I would rate this one as being between good and bad. It has a very nice mouth feel and a mild.
