It is just common salt in a butter recipe. I think it's pretty tasty.
At Costco, you can buy Kerrygold butter in a package of four 226g bricks. Regular supermarkets typically have several packages of the butter. Each package has a small piece of butter within it. My favorite place to buy it is at Costco since it is well packaged and very reasonably priced.
It's not clear to me whether it's organic or not. It states in the container that it is of Irish origin and a natural product.
