In the past, I have purchased this ghee and found that it was normally about the consistency of coconut oil, solid at room temperature, but started to melt a bit on warmth. When I received this jar, it was completely liquified to the point where There was no reason for this, since the temperatures were in the 60s. There is a strong suspicion that someone may be selling fake ghee now, of all things.

The product is never going to be used There is sometimes an oily consistency to the Kelapo Ghee I purchase. One great jar and four liquid jars later, I've given up on this brand and am sticking with better brands such as 4th & 5th. The two brands are Organic Valley (which is made from grass-fed animals and uses Himalayan pink salt). As far as the Kelapo ghee goes, I have never had to throw away a jar of this brand. At $10/jar, I am extremely irked and it will NEVER happen to me.
The product itself was great, but the shipping price was ridiculous. It is unfortunate that my mistake wasn't aware of the shipping price, or I wouldn't have paid 16 dollara for the package.
Despite some people saying other Ghee products taste great, I personally think this one tastes great and doesn't cost an arm and a leg either.
There are many brands out there, but I found this one to be the best. It is tasty and has a good As rich as the one I purchased from Marshall's, it also has a nice flavor. Despite the reasonable price, the product was not as advertised. In addition to the five units I purchased, I plan on purchasing.
Ghee is the only dairy product I consume to avoid lactose, and it is the best version I have tried Although it's a bit pricey, there are some things that are worth the price.
