Amazon ships in two days, so we were able to have a go at my potatoes in time for Brown butter reaches new heights of flavor for me after I tried it for the first time. It happened the first time I bought the same brand, it was a gritty brand, but to me it was the texture, not the taste. On the other hand, I decided while visiting family that I needed to get something so I wouldn't Being on a tight budget, I was looking for something small and a bit cheaper. My only reason for buying this brand was that it offered the smallest size.

It was delicious! Brown butter ghee is very frequently used by me, but this takes it to the next level. This butter is deeply flavorful and crunchy, with small pieces of salt to give it some crunch. The jars are small, but you won't need a lot to taste the Adding it to the project will add that final touch, and I'll greatly enjoy using it. I plan to make this a staple in my pantry, and I urge you to do the same. 5 Revisions to the previous version. My order for this has been going on for quite some time, and it has been wonderful. There has, however, been a change in the formula. This version does not contain salt, and its texture has changed to a more whipped one. While it's still good, it's not as good as it was in the past. In addition, it's no longer as brown as it once was. There are no longer any of the wonderful qualities that made this so unique and so tasty. There were glass jars for packing this. Plastic jars were used to pack my last shipment. I would greatly appreciate an option to use the original formula again! This is not an acceptable new norm for the product and I am not likely to purchase this product again if this is the new norm. As a matter of fact, I already have my favorite brand of brown butter ghee on hand, and I think it's significantly better than this product.

A strong emphasis is placed on "black". Because there is a claim that this ghee tastes better than Tin Star brown butter ghee, I decided to purchase it instead. Normally, I am more sensitive than most people, but I find its taste to be similar to Tin Star, which is also considerably less expensive than other brands. However, there is one major problem with Black & Decker Bolyard is literally true - the Black! In preparation for my son's coming to visit, I bought this product. He is a pastry chef at a Michelin Star restaurant. We were going to make brown butter cake from it. The only question is, who would eat a butter cake full of BLACK SPARKLES? Oh my gosh. That's really what I mean! Only that I didn't want to have to eat two pounds of butter for an hour on the stove. It wouldn't have taken me more than 20 minutes to BURNT brown butter full of black silt myself if I would have been willing to eat it. My mouth feels like it has been burned by the specks. Getting grass-fed butter and using it for a cake full of black specks would be a waste. If you went to the store and bought grass-fed butter and used it on a cake and it looked like that, how would you feel? Now is the time to visit. It is possible for the store to take the item back, but I am not convinced Amazon can take it back, because the seal is broken. I feel bad for you.
