This sour and sweet drink always has a proper mix of sweetness and acidity to my taste and I always add half a liter of extra water to each packet to achieve the perfect taste. My favorite thing about Crystal Light is it has no calories and tastes pretty good. However, I wish it did not contain aspartame.

Having said that, it's critical that you consume sufficient amount of water every day. The difficulty is water is boring to me, and to drink that much water every day is hard for me. It was for that purpose that I purchased it. My water tastes better and I can sip more of it this way. There is no junk in this stuff like there is in soda. This mixture blends well and tastes good.
