Furthermore, the programme must remain open at all times (run in the background) so that notifications can be received. As you keep the app open continuously, the battery on your phone drains quickly. As a whole, if the company could fix the app's issues, it would be a superior product.
Update. It's important to pair Bluetooth first and the app doesn't need to be open while pairing. Having it run in the background will trigger notifications if you have given it permissions to do so. This is a much better version.
