My Panasonic VCR is also hooked up to one of my Samsung smart TVs, as Mr. Foeder also has! Now that I think about it, I believe that it is compatible with Samsung smart TVs. I think your comment is fantastic.
The two are not related It appears you may be able to do this by using a digital converter advertised on Amazon. There is only one AV connector on the VCR. The VHS to Digital Converter USB 2 may be of interest to you. This video converter can convert videos to 0 formats.
It depends on your TV if you need to use

There were no cables or controls included, and when it was displayed in the sale screen, it had a booklet with instructions, a remote control, and an instruction manual. There was nothing in it when I opened it only a VCR. I think that is a ripoff. This is cheating people out of their money.
Don't put out what you haven't got.
Due to the fact that I cannot connect it to anything, I will not know if it works.

VHS tapes were damaged by the VCR and they couldn't be played. As of today, I am waiting for a refund to be credited to my credit card account from The remix LLC and I haven't been able to get in touch with each other to get this resolved, but it appears that it will be resolved soon. In fact, Amazon's Customer Service informed me that the seller had removed my initial review, which I find disappointing. Reviews cannot be taken down by sellers. In my case, I just couldn't find the review, and this appears to be the case with the Amazon Customer Service rep as well.
It's a shame that you guys are so awful. I don't have a remote control. At least deliver what's advertised. I know it's cheap, but that's all that I'm asking for.
I was a bit concerned buying it after reading some bad reviews, but it seems to be working fine right now. I received the product very quickly. Has been working fine until now. Product was in good condition when I received it. Received the control remote as well. The shipping box didn't provide very much protection for the fragile item (it is highly likely to break during shipping).

We discovered a treasure trove of old VHS tapes and had to find the right device to play them. The tape doesn't have an adjustment for tracking, so we can't fix problems when we hit a tape that needs to be adjusted. It happens often that we get an error message saying that our heads need cleaning. We simply fast forward those parts of the tape until the message goes away, since we don't have a head cleaning cassette.
