As a whole, it's a good product. I had a lot of trouble setting it up. So I got my computer company to fix it and it now works as I wanted it to. I had a horrible time using the remote. It was a surprise when I found the remote I had used when I last owned a My impression is that Amazon and the seller have attempted to assist you.

You might want to check out the pictures first

The VCR should never have been bought as it did not show a picture of the back, and I would have realized there are only two AV plugs. If I had a picture of the back I would have figured out that my existing TV cannot play this VCR. As for the rest of it, I think it was in good working order. Since I replaced it with another one that has the 3 AV plugs, I am going to try to return it.

Everything is working fine now with the VCR

Help reached us quickly, and we were able to resolve our issue. There are a few old VHS tapes that will need to be cleaned. As of now, the VCR is working properly and I am delighted The VCR must be kept so that I can reverse my Refund. I appreciate your help.

I had to return this item because it did not work. Upon returning an item, Amazon provides you with a ticket that you must include in your package. There was evidence that the return had been submitted previously when I prepared it.

Exactly what it says. A remote control was included in the package. Straight out of the box, it worked. Hooking it up was not a problem at all. With the tape recorder, my mom is able to record her shows! My sincere thanks go out to you.

Upon arrival, the VCR appeared safe and secure with no indication of damage in either the box or the VCR

However, it took a month for the order to arrive. There was a bit of irritation that it took so long for the package to arrive. I am relieved that it arrived, but I would appreciate it if they said it would take a month instead of saying it would arrive in two business days. The duration of the project is three.

From the box, the product was in good working order. My order was sent quickly. The customer was satisfied with how it allowed me to play old home VHS tapes, and to save them to digital formats. The cost is reasonable but the value is priceless.
