Selected User Reviews For TCL 75-inch 5-Series 4K UHD Dolby Vision HDR QLED Roku Smart TV - 75S535, 2021 Model

Electronics company with terrible customer service
3/5

16 months ago, I had a 4K TV, but today it just turned off and I was left with a black screen. TCL TVs are affected by this issue. The manufacturer says you will be just out of luck since you have gone over your warranty by 4 months. My advice is that you should buy an LG or Samsung to get quality rather than garbage like this.

Please visit the following sites for more information It can't get better than this, can it? I can say without a doubt that this TV is a mighty improvement over my 32" Vizio TV
5/5

The port that I am focusing on) this will be more than enough to accomplish the task. The only downside is the dim backlight in the four corners of this TV, which is only noticeable when white (or really bright) content is displayed. For the money, I would consider this a great buy for someone looking for great image quality at a low price. I will not argue with getting an exchange because the difference isn't noticeable more than 99% of the time. Even if you don't play games and only use this TV to watch streaming content such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc, it is There's no question I enjoy using the Roku interface. It's so snappy and overall it's a total joy.

I warn you
3/5

I would not recommend buying it. You will not be able to hear any sound. NO HELP WILL BE PROVIDED BY AMAZON. The television I purchased from amazon on August was a 47" model. The new year begins April 20. Oct. 5 was the last day the sound was heard. As soon as I did a factory reset the sound came back, but subsequently cut off again ten minutes later as I was I have tried all of the input sources I have tried, and it occurs on them all. It will cut out every 10 minutes, so you will need to unplug the TV, wait 2 minutes, and then plug it back in. Approximately 10 minutes into the recording, the sound will cut out In order to watch a single movie, you would have to repeat this process at least five times. As far as Amazon is concerned, they are not responsible and will not come to my aid. It is good to stay away from this TV and buy it from Amazon. I am trying to contact TCL Support. In other words, you are on your own once you have the tv.

I'm in love with this TV! Debating between the new 5 and 6 series, I was thinking of getting a 5 Having decided on the 5 series, I can tell you that I am not disappointed with the purchase at all
5/5

As a result, I thought I would miss out on some of the features the 6 series has (like mini LED's and higher rates of actual refreshment). The 5 series, on the other hand, blew my mind. In terms of the quality of the display, the QLED technology and the wide color gamut are excellent. I like how the colors seem to pop out from the box and they seem to be quite accurate. Some people may feel that way, but others - To adjust it to what you think looks best, it may need some fine tuning. I always use default settings, but they're fantastic overall. Additionally, the HDR is also good , but not perfect since the TV is unable to provide bright enough images to experience real The HDR experience it does provide, however, is quite decent given how bright it is. Besides Dolby Vision support, it also looks much better than the HDR 10 standard generally. I love watching content in Dolby Vision due to how much cleaner it looks In addition to its built-in Roku operating system, this TV also features HD content. Roku's OS has always been one of the easiest to use and most feature-rich ones out there You can choose from a variety of rich TV OSes. It is easy to find apps that fit your needs. Among the many options we have are Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney +, and several others. You don't have to use another device to watch content from any streaming service since you don't need to connect an additional device. In addition to watching TV, I also play video games on this TV. It feels like inputs are smooth and input lag is low. In the TV settings, make sure that game mode is enabled. Having this option makes a big difference in how the controller reacts to input. As a whole, I would say that this TV is worth buying! The app doesn't have a lot of fancy features, but it's good enough. It is also a lot cheaper, and you can get a fantastic picture that anybody will enjoy!.

When you first set it up, you need to calibrate the colors
5/5

While I had my eye on the new Vizio M series, this was the one I chose. The resolution is at 60 frames per second, but the spec is at 1. Initially, when I set up this TV, the colors were washed out, so I turned them up saturation wise. TCL "6-" was the code I followed There are new settings at rting for the "Series. ". A more appropriate setting was selected in http//www. com/ and I adjusted the settings accordingly. I personally set the Color setting in the Movie mode to 100 and turned off Motion Smoothing in order to achieve the best results. In other words, the TV is nice and the design is both aesthetically appealing and practical If you had a silver / 'gun', you would have suffered less An 'all-metal' finish is used for the frame. The included remote is just an IR remote and doesn't support access to RF enhanced voice functions. To go with this TV setup, I just picked up the Roku enhanced voice remote from Amazon for about $20 plus tax. I'll update it once the remote is received. I have updated With the Roku enhanced remote, I was able to pair the TV with Roku. I have no issues with it and it works well. The remote does not need to be pointed at the TV anymore. While we wait, the results are coming in. For those interested in reading the full review of the TCL 5 series QLED, the full review is also available. As of now, I am still using the maximum color setting. TVs like this one are nice purchases in my opinion.

This is a great television
5/5

So far, I have no complaints with the television. It has an awesome picture, but the remote doesn't work if I don't point it straight at the tv. However, everything else seems to be good so far.

You get a lot of bang for your buck with HDR
5/5

The HDR is fantastic, and blacks are pure (well-defined and uniform). The price is right, a little blooming, banding, and DSE, but for the cost, it is hard to I was impressed with the motion and interface of the game. With this model, you are getting the 6 series all over again, just at an affordable price. It is a very impressive system.

The qled TV in this price range is quite nice
5/5

There's nothing to complain about at this price point. The only difference is that it doesn't have chrome cast like my old Vizio. Perhaps I will need to take some time to adjust.
